Dear Esteemed Members of JCI Philippines:

People who exhibit both ambition and motivation make things happen. These are people who stand apart from the crowd, who chart their destiny through diligence and a solid commitment to excellence. They are the people who create the standards by which others are judged.

Our organization is full of great people and, as such, during my term as Chairman of the National Records and Recognition Commission (NRRC) in 2006, I envisioned a system that would further promote above average performance through an immensely challenging, yet visionary initiative.

After months of product planning and meticulous product testing, brought about by five years of incessant dreaming, I was honored to introduce a landmark project for a JCI National Organization --- a fully-integrated ELECTRONIC AWARDS SYSTEM, exclusive to JCI PHILIPPINES in 2006. This undertaking hoped to bring to fore the hopes and aspirations of many deserving JCI members and chapters of our national organization by finally having a convenient, reliable, and impartial system of recognizing their outstanding efforts, wholly independent of the e-Awards system of Junior Chamber International. Since 2006, all entries for our simultaneous Area Conferences and National Conventions can be uploaded through this unique user-interface.

I trust that you, and countless generations of future JCI achievers, will continue using and improving this site as our invaluable link to the ultimate fruition of our National Organization's goals. Through this e-Awards website, let us continue motivating countless fellow JCI Members to work for our national organization’s mission of giving more young people the opportunity to develop the leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship and fellowship necessary to create positive change.
